The former Southampton man has impressed for the Deans in pre season so far, and brings a real presence to the squad ahead of the upcoming campaign in the Isthmian South Central Division.

Jake has previously played at Havant & Waterlooville, Bognor Regis Town and Sholing, as well as a spell at Burton Albion earlier in his career.

Jake spoke of his arrival at the Deans:

'I'm really excited to be here, I've enjoyed pre season so far with the lads and it seems a great club to be at right now'

'I know Darts well, he was keen to get me on board. I've also previously played alongside some of the lads in this group. I understand I am one of the senior players in this team, so I'm looking forward to bringing my knowledge to the group, and adding some calmness and experience.'

'From the off in pre season, despite it being a new group of lads we've all seemed to gel very quickly. The energy on show and the way we pressed without having to do much work on it, it really impressed me and has given me high hopes for the season ahead.'
